I am sad to report that Carrie Compton of Veils of Mystery has passed away. Many of you may know Carrie as an amazing performer in spite of her blindness. It was always amazing to watch her perfom, I remember the many Veils shows I attended when I was just learning to dance, I was always fascinated by Carrie and so inspired by her attitude and perserverence. This is a great loss for the Tucson dance community. My deepest sympathy to all of her sisters from Veils.
